Bulkhead Replacement
The
BLPOA Board urges all property owners to assess the
condition of their bulkheads, as many have failed or are
failing due mainly to age. If you are considering
replacing or installing a new bulkhead, the BLPOA has
developed permitting guidelines in cooperation with the
City of Belvedere to help streamline your project.
